Set on a hill in the charming tropical town of Sayulita, overlooking the beautiful Pacific coastline of Mexico, Casa Dos Chicos is a one-of-a-kind vacation home available year round for four days minimum stays. This luxurious villa on the Riviera Nayarit, with 360 degree views and its own lush garden, features four beautifully decorated bedroom suites, a heated swimming pool, a tree-top hot-tub with ocean views, and a Mexican-style open air living area with a rooftop living room and kitchen/dining room dramatically linked by a bridge. This unique property has views not only of the ocean and coastline but also of the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre and the energetic town of Sayulita. Each of the colorful accommodations has its own bathroom with shower, king size bed, fan, indoor and outdoor sitting areas. All rooms share views of the walled garden, pool, town, and surrounding hills. The house and its grounds provide a private and stylish retreat high above the town and the sea that is spacious and comfortable with a vibrant style. The center of Sayulita with all its charm, as well as the main beach are only a short walk. Our staff and concierge will satisfy all your needs and organize car transfers, special dinners with our cook, private massages, yoga classes, excursions, etc... Casa dos Chicos offers the best of both worlds: it is at once your own stylish hideaway and a gateway to the delightful town of Sayulita, known for its languid pace, smiling attitude, and happy-go-lucky approach to life.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Casa dos Chicos is available for 4 days minimum all year round. A discount of 5% will be applied for rentals of 1 week minimum; 10% discount for 2 or more consecutive weeks.

Price includes the exclusive use of the house for up to 8 people. 2 more guests are allowed for a maximum of 10 people at $70 extra per day p.p. The price of rental includes gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, bath & hand towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoos, detergents and concierge service. It also includes daily cleaning service.

Pool is heated from 1st week of December to 2nd week of April. Hot Tub is heated year round.

50% deposit required at booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before rental date. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

A reimbursable security deposit of $1,000 is due before arrival and will be “authorized only”(not actually charged) on your credit card.

Cancellation policy:
- Full reimbursement up to 90 days before arrival date.
- Full credit between 89 and 20 days before arrival date (Credit can be applied to a future stay in any of our homes in Italy or Mexico) or a 90% refund if the cancelled days are re-booked.
- No refund or credit for less than 19 days before arrival date.
